SOCKS administration isn't a quite easy job. Ones don't feel comfortable editing configuration text files, as used to be in old systems.

CANZOCKS has been developed to easy manage SOCKS.

With a pretty intuitive graphical interface, all commands are easy-to-use even to low-profile users.

NAMES FOR ALL ADDRESSES

Net address (known as IP addresses) aren't friendly. CANZOCKS allows the ability to give any address a name (like "New York Passthru Server").

SEVERAL NETS - SEVERAL CONFIGURATIONS

Using CANZOCKS you can save several configurations in Profiles, giving each one a name. These configurations can be copied and shared. It is possible to switch between the profiles in order to access different networks.

TURN ON / OFF

Mobile users who visit several customers can turn on and off the use of SOCKS without editing text files (avoiding mistyping). Simply by clicking in a pushbutton. The status (ON / OFF) is easy to identify.

INTEGRATED INTERNET CONFIGURATION

CANZOCKS allows configuring separated Internet options (proxy use, automatic configuration packages) for each profile. This configurations can be turned on / off when the same action is taken to SOCKS (for users who access Internet at work and at home with the same notebook, for example).

PROTECTION AGAINST UNDUE CHANGES

CANZOCKS can be locked to avoid changes. If so, users can only select profiles and turn on / off the use of SOCKS.

EASY FOR FINAL USERS - HEAVY TO NETWORK ADMINISTRATORS

Final users don't need to know configuration issues. They just want to choose a network and turn on/off the use of SOCKS. Advanced users and administrators want to change all the configuration (even the most complex ones). CANZOCKS is the solution.
